Chapel Completely Remodeled
Fall 2021 - Thanks to a generous soul, who has a lot of talent, the walls
and ceiling of the Chapel have a completely new, very beautiful look.
New Flooring And Heater/ Air Conditioner Unit Installed
Jan. 28, 2021 - Chapel reopened after about three weeks of being closed.
New tile flooring and a new wall heater/ air conditioner unit was installed
during that time.
Over 100,000 Holy Hours Said In Our Chapel
May 1st, 2018 - As of May 2018 over 100,000 Holy Hours have been said in our Chapel since
the start of our Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Program on November 25,
2012.. Thanks to all of you who have volunteered to accomplish this! I am
sure our beloved Lord Jesus is very pleased.
Colleen Lewis Is New Head Coordinator As Of January 2017
Jan. 18th, 2017 - After 4 great years as the Head Coordinator of our PEA Program Heather Maxon
has stepped down from her post as of January 1st, 2017. Our biggest thanks
to Heather for her great leadership and for the amount of hours she put in
in starting this program and keeping it going. Under her leadership over
80,000 Holy Hours were said at our Chapel. Colleen Lewis has volunteered to
take Heather's place. If you see Colleen please give her a big Thank You!
P.E.A. Program Started On Nov. 25th, 2012
Nov. 25th, 2012 - This St. Francis Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Program started on Sunday
November 25th, 2012 (Feast of Christ The King) after the 11AM Mass. The
Bishop presided at the Mass and lead a procession for the start of the
program. A reception followed. As of March 8th, 2017 we have 460 adorers
that have signed up to cover a specific Holy Hour plus another 63 who have
volunteered to be Subsitutes when needed. Over 83,000 Holy Hours have been
said in our Chapel.
